Il Casale è un'antica villa padronale di fine '800, circondata da 8000 mq. di uliveti e vigneti, sapientemente ristrutturata recuperando e valorizzandone le antiche architetture.
A soli 5 km dal mare (e dall'uscita autostradale di Finale Ligure), il Casale gode tutto l'anno di un clima temperato e piacevole grazie alla sua posizione soleggiata ed ad una leggera brezza nella stagione estiva.
Al Casale, ogni particolare è stato curato nel minimo dettaglio per offrire il massimo comfort e per rendere la vostra permanenza davvero indimenticabile.
La famiglia Lombardo, proprietaria della Casa Vacanze, sarà lieta di condividere con i propri ospiti l'amore per la natura, la vita all'aria aperta ed il gusto per l'ospitalità tipici del luogo.
Ubicazione: Situato nell'entroterra di Pietra Ligure e di Finale Ligure, a circa 100 mt. dal piccolo centro di Bardino Vecchio e a 5 km dal mare, immerso nel verde, in posizione tranquilla.
La Struttura: Il Casale è composto dall'antica casa padronale dove sono ubicati la maggior parte degli appartamenti, da una villetta bifamigliare e da alcune graziose dependances (a 900 mt. dalla struttura principale).
Gli Appartamenti: Gli appartamenti da 38 a 80 mq., alcuni dei quali con doppi servizi, dispongono di locali con 2/8 comodi posti letto. Modernamente arredati in bambù, rattan e midollino dai caldi colori pastello, con particolare attenzione agli accostamenti di colori ed alle rifiniture, gli alloggi sono dotati di ampio terrazzo o giardino.

Il Casale is a XVIIII century villa , surrounded by 8.000 mq. of olive yards and vineyards, wisely refurbished with special attention to the ancient architectures.

At only 5 km away from the sea shore (and from the highway’s exit of Finale Ligure), the “Casale” takes advantage all year around of a mild and pleasant weather due to the sunny position and to the light breeze of the summer season.

Location: Located in the inland of Pietra Ligure and of Finale Ligure, only at 100 m. from the small centre of Bardino Vecchio and at 5km. from the sea, in a very green area and in a quiet position.
The Structure: The “Casale” has a main building (the ancient villa) where most of the apartments are, a small two floors house and few pretty dependences (900 m. away from the main building).
Apartments: The apartments (large from 38 to 80 mq.), some of them with double bathrooms, have enough space for up to 8 persons. They are equipped with bamboo furniture, with special care for the mixing of the colours and for the final touches, have either a wide terrace or a garden.
